ABOUT
AF TALENT MANAGEMENT provides an industry standard curated approach to the development and success of the model's career. We provide a full model industry digital work course that covers 35 in-depth topics that a model needs to know to start or enhance a successful career. Our program offers in-person coaching and exercises that allows the model to understand and improve the experience of being a working model in the Industry. We help build your model portfolio, model brand & provide multiple sets of digitals for your submission package. WHAT WE DO
The program is structured to provide an intense but flexible structure over the course of 6-months that allows the model to dig into the following:
- • Full Model Industry Digital Work Course that includes 35 guided topics presented via Video/Visual Aids, How-To’s & Exercises, Mood Boards, Agency Lists, Ins & Outs of a Working Model, Terminology, What To Expect/Timelines as a Model, How to Get Signed, How to be More Bookable, Making modeling Your Business, Finances/Investments as a Model, and Practice Modules for Kills Building.
- • In-person coaching sessions executed twice per month covering the topics of Runway, Posing, The Casting Process, Execution of Mood Boards, Acting, and Agency Interviews.
• Two sets of digitals (start and end of program)
- • Two portfolio photoshoots (setup and guided by AFTM & Agency Tested Photographers - based on model's schedule)
- • One Model curated photoshoot (supported by AFTM)
- • End of Program assessment
- • Final Q&A session to cover any topics, materials, or skills needed by model
Models leave the Development Program with supported materials, evaluations, tools, practices, and next steps that support the development program's mission to provide an all-inclusive & prepared model experience
