AFTM has established connections as well as placed models with renowned agencies in multiple markets world-wide that grounds our commitment to helping talent achieve their model and talent goals. We take an all-inclusive approach by representing models of all types in both the commercial and high fashion genres and are constantly scouting new talent for placement. 

AFTM was founded by professional dancer and choreographer,  Chelsea Cushing. Through her 20+ years in the industry, she developed an appreciation for what constitutes professionalism, integrity, and positive customer relations, in an agency. Having worked with major Brands, Artists, and TV Networks, with her latest project being a leading role in the Netflix Series, Dance Monsters, Chelsea and the AFTM team is able to attack her role as a mother agent from a unique perspective of the talent, fostering trust and relatability in the ever-changing fashion and commercial industries.
