BOOKINGS

BOOKING HOURS

Hourly:
(2-hour minimum on all bookings)

Half-Day:
4 hours (unless otherwise negotiated)
This includes meals/breaks.

Full Day: 8 hours (unless otherwise negotiated)
This includes meals/breaks.

 

DEPOSIT > EXPENSES

15-minute increments will be rounded up to a 1/2 hour.

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of booking.

Any travel/mileage will be billed for bookings that require the 
talent to travel more than 40 miles from their base origin.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within five (5) days prior to the booking will be 
charged 50% of the booking fee.

Cancellations within three (3) days prior to the booking will 
be charged 100% of the booking fee.

Cancellations of confirmed trips must be made one (1) week 
prior to the booking. Otherwise, 100% of the booking fee will 
be charged.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

 

THE FINE PRINT

All rates are based on the confirmed hours at the time of  confirmed booking.

Overtime will begin at the rate of time and a half until twelve  (12) hours Double time rate will be applied after the twelve (12) hour mark.
